visitor visa without i94

i don't have my i94. I applied for change of status and sent my i94 to uscis. I cancelled my change of status application and now uscis wont return my i94. i have my i94 photo copy and proof of cancellation of i539. Will I have a problem with visitor visa if I don't submit my i94? what are the chances of approval. I don't want to waste money if i94 is mandatory.

If you're in the US and your applying for a TRV to Canada, then you need to attach the I-94 with your application.
