Visitor Visa Pre-requisites

Hi,

I am 27 and an employee in INDIA, would like to visit my brother Canadian PR...
What are the pre-requisites...and chances of getting the visiting visa....

I just want to visit CANADA for a week.

As I am not a student or an older person, do I have any chance of getting the visa

Pls share your thoughts on this...

its difficult to get visitor visa if you dont have strong financial status even sometime they refuse people who have good bank balance because since so many people dream to live in Canada they know visitor very often dont want to return back to their country so more chances are to get refuse but you can try maybe you can be a few person who get visa but Asian and African and eastren Europe people often have problem sometime get visa to Canada ,
