Hi,
My visitor visa is getting expired next month, but i would like to over stay 2 more months after  my visa expiry.

Is that legal?

Does that makes any problem while staying in canada?  or  any future process?

1.  Of course not.
2.  It may cause future problems, as it would be obvious that your broke the law on your last stay.

As PMM says, its illegal... and frankly not too smart.

Why not just apply for an extension before your visa expires and save yourself the worry?
