visitor visa for in laws

I am planning to apply multiple entry visa in India for my Mother in law.
She is a home maker and doesnt have any independent back account or assets in her name. She has joint account with my father in law and he has other properties in his name.
Will thos documents be sufficient for applying multiple entry visitor visa from india.
