Hello people,

I am on Visitor Visa with family here in Toronto. My wife wants to study here, so my question is if we can apply for study permit from within Canada or not? She doesn't have US Visa, I do.

Also she wants to study at private college only, not community college.
If yes, what are the chances of rejection?

And if no, then do we have go back home then apply? Then what are the chances?

You cannot apply for study permit while visiting Canada, you'll have to go back and apply from outside Canada, chances are good if your case is genuine and you have good reason to return back to yuor home country after finishing your studies.
