HI. I'm in Canada now and I've multiply visitor visa. I'm going to attend my friends in Chicago.  May I get visa to USA somewhere in Canada or I need to apply for that in my country only?

This forum is for Canadian visa questions.  You might try a different forum for U.S. visa questions.

You can try, but its highly unlikely, that You will receive it. its always best to apply from Your home country.
