Visiting Canada ( is it possible to find work and apply working visa)

hi everybody,
i was just wondering, i am planning to visit canada this coming december or maybe in February for 1 month.we are currently in Abu Dhabi, UAE. we have been here for almost 6 years.
1.) Is it easy or possible to find a job there (skilled jobs - waiter,hotel,cook) and apply for working visa? what are the procedures?
2.) what are sites for job vacancies like for Hospitality and Restaurant jobs.
3.) what is the most possible way for us to get a working visa( we are both Computer Proffesionals) and i thought it would be easy to apply for tourist visa and apply there, but i dont think that applying for an IT job or office job would be fast and easy.
