Visiting Canada: is clothing cheap in Canada?

Like the title says: is clothing cheap in Canada? I plan to buy some clothing before going to Canada, but if Canada is cheaper I will just buy a few lousy shirts and buy the rest there.
Could some of you tell me the price of for example a Polo shirt there?

I know a German friend of mine asked me to pick up some Abercrombie and Fitch shirts for him when I went to visit him.  The were $90 here and he said 2x more over there.  Otherwise, I don't buy brands, don't know those prices.  If nobody here knows, maybe try to find some prices online?
