Depends on which visa office.
CHC ND India - 99% chances are it will be denied once PR is in process.

we received TRV from CIC London (UK) during the process - easy if you comply all the requirements/ can provide all the required documents and info.

Hi,
Guatemala does not give visas when you are applying for PR. I tried.
