I am on  HSMP (Highly Skilled Migration Program) visa-UK, due to expire in June 2013, I want to apply for visit visa (Canada) for only two weeks to visit my brother and sister. I am wondering how do I show/satisfy them that I will not overstay my visa in Canada. although I have applied for Canadian Immigration in 2010 which is under progress.

I am going to submit following documentation for visit visa.

1-Sponsor letter from Canada- (Brother)
2-Sufficient funds in account.
3-Evidence of employment in the UK
4-Proof of assets such as bank accounts. (Self Employment)

IS there anything else which can show my ties to home country -UK??

Please help me or guide me on this matter.

much appreciated.

Hi,

I hope you have sufficient backgrounds at present to get a TRV to Canada. Submit the applcation with the CHC in UK.
