My Boyfriend\fiance is Canadian, and I am an American
we met online in 2004 and we met for the first time in July 2005
in 2006 we went  back in forth. Since 2007 to now we have been together with only one month of separation every year
we are getting married in June, and we are thinking of filing in July
Im planning of visiting him in June i want to stay with him when we file outland

Can i visit him while we file or do i have to go back home?
im going back home before the six months and he wants to come with me
is it possible to do that ? or he has to stay in Canada while the app process

can we sent the Application to Sponsor first before we get marry?
or do we have to sent the whole package together ?

And advice would truly really help

thank you to all   Smiley

Is he a Canadian citizen?

You can try and visit him, make sure you have proof of your ties to the USA.

If he is a Canadian citizen he can travel while the app' is in process (assuming you are applying outland).

Not if you are applying as a married couple.
or do we have to sent the whole package together ?
All together after you are married.
And advice would truly really help

I visted my wife in Canada while the process was underway & had no problems. I simply stated we were going through the outland process (& had copies of the comfirmation letter of her as a sponsor, just in case, though the guy barely glanced at them!) when I entered Canada. It was actually the easiest entry of all my visits! I was waved through in under a minute.
