If somone have Canadian permanent resident visa status and he is living in canada and he want to work in UK on in france any other country where visa need he can go there being canadian PR holder or he can work there like working in canada. thanks

if this is a question, then no. being a canadian PR doesn't mean you can enter any other country without visa, unless you already have a passport from a visa exempt country.
