Visa stamping time - LOndon office

Hi,

I am working in the Middle East. I have just received a letter asking me submit the passports to London office for issue of Permanent visa by courier or in person.
I do not want to send the passports by courier since it takes atleast 6 weeks to get them back. If i go and handover in person it takes two weeks and i can not spare more than one.

I can go to London for a week. Is it possible to get the passports back in a week?

If we want to have the visa stamped in person, will UK easily grants visa for this purpose? Thank you.

ya it has to be 2 weeks before you get ur passports in person, it can't be sooner than that !!
