HI THERE,
IM NEW TO THIS SITE.. AND I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH A PROBLEM I SEEM TO HAVE...
I AM MARRIED, MY HUSBAND IS IN GUYANA. I'M A CANADIAN CITIZEN. I HAVE SPONSORED HIM THE BEGINING OF APRIL OF THIS YEAR... SO I DIDNT GET A REPLY YET...
MY POINT IS, CAN I SEND HIM A INVITATION LETTER TO COME TO VISIT CANADA SEEING THAT HE'S DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB OVER THERE.. BEFORE HE GETS THROUGH WITH OUR SPONSORSHIP AND ISN'T TOO EXCITED ABOUT OUR ECONOMY?

They won't issue her a TRV as it is intention to remain in Canada permanently rather than just visit.

60 days for first stage from mississauga.And to get a visit visa you have to prove to immigration without a doubt that at the end of his visit he will be going home and this is hard to prove once you have a PR app in process.And you should have your letter for first stage aproval in the next couple weeks.
