Hello

I have completed my medicals last year in May 2010 and Just now received request from NY Embassy for issuing the VISA. First problem is I am currently in India and had applied while was in USA a year back and as a result now I need to send my passport to NY only. I can some how arrange for that as well. However, my wife is pregnant and expecting in mid april 2011. Even if we get the VISA in time, I may not be able to travel to canada to complete the landing.

What do you guys suggest, can we request NY Embassy to put our case on hold and we can again send the medicals once the Baby is born? Do need to do the whole processing again if the baby is born in India or is just the medicals will have to be done again???

Thanks for the help!

Let them know that your wife is pregnant and her due date.  Wait for further instructions.
