     my visa came out dec 04 as provincial nominee. is it legal for my employer not to hire me anymore since it took 3years for me to process my visa. what would be my best remedy? can i still enter canada using the visa and find other jobs there? or there are other options? my visa will expire october. pls advice. thanks

1.  You have a valid visa, use it or lose it.
2.  No, the employer doesn't have to hire you, things change in 3 years.

Just a general question came into my mind after reading this. What if FSW/Immigration applicant who has approved AEO landed in Canada and contact the employer for the prospective job and employer would not hire him/her for any reason. Can the person complain to HRDSC or do anything about it? Because in the job letter it usually stated about hiring and salary etc. Thanks.
