Hi, I was wondering if anyone could shed light on this for me... I have handed in my working visa application and it was accepted by the Youth Mobility Unit and recently has been sent off to the Visa Section at the High Commission of Canada in the UK for the second evaluation phase. But the application process has now closed as the quota is gone... so surely I won't get granted a visa? If anyone can let me know what the situation is likely to be or how long it will take that'd be great, thanks.

You need to check the processing time for your local embassy.
