Visa Photo Requirement

Hello all,

I want to ask a question regarding the photo specifications in the Passport request for visa issuance. I have met all the requirements of the photo but couldn't get the photo on 'single weight matte paper'. Is it very important or has anyone submitted the photo on normal photo paper?
Can someone let me know from where can we get pictures on Single weight matte paper, near London ?

Also, is there a photographer available in Canadian embassy in London ( if I will  submit passport in person)

I went to this photographer in South London:

He was able to take the passport pictures exactly to my requirements (on 'single weight matte paper', exact measurements, etc.) and it was not expensive (£7.99,- for six photos).
