I am planning to apply for FSW in November, but I am confused regarding the Visa Office Selection, I live in UK but I am an Indian national, would it be a problem if I choose New Delhi as my processing office rather than London as we all know how slow they are.

You may choose the visa office which is responsible for your country of nationality OR your current country of residence if you have resided there for over 12 months.

So if you have lived in the UK for 12 months or more, you may chose between London and New Delhi. If you have not, you will have to chose New Delhi anyway.

But certainly based on timescales for the 2010-2011 batch, I would say New Delhi will be the faster choice.

Thanks for the speedy reply, I have one more question I was given student permit by CHC London in 2007, but I did not travel and stayed back in UK and completed my education from Bachelor's to Master's Degree, would this be a problem when I apply.

If you are residing legally in UK, then no problem. If you have overstayed without visa, you cannot apply at London.

Wrong.  As long as the OP was ADMITTED to the UK for at least one year, then s/he can apply at London whether s/he has status or not.
