Visa office related query

Hi guys I have some quick question

1) I am submitting my original ielts after processing i will get it
back or

2) I will submit my full documents to visa office mostly
this month and i will leave for other job and country mostly in couple 
of months my qyestion is that what are the things I have to update
with my visa office like

1) my present address
2) my new job contract and information

do i have to fill again economic and schedule
background form with my current application

Other thing that you need to consider is how you will submit the PP if you are not in London, to London CHCRegards
