Currently we are living in Dubai and we would like to process canada immigration... but we are planning to move back to india within 5-6 months.. Is it ok if we fill visa office as new delhi instead of London while we are stll in UAE.

yes, also you have to give correspondance address in india .

its not necesory to give indian address for correspondos as mine vo is london and my correspondose addrees is of canada as my lawyer is of canada... but it is wise to use indian addres as it will save your much time ..

Your country of residence is Dubai because you are currently residing there and you are a citizen of India.

UAE....do inform CHC but only when u move to India.
