Dear Seniors

I am an Indian citizen currently working in UAE. My query is regarding which visa office to choose London or New Delhi. If i choose New Delhi can i still have my medicals and interview done in UAE.Also are there any issues related to sending the passports for visa stamping.

Actually i want  to choose New Delhi because I dont have the notarised copy of visa page of my passport to prove that I am a legal resident of UAE and sending the same to India will take time so therefore wanna finish off things by  choosing New Delhi VO.

please  advise friends

Choosing New Delhi would be better for you because of you are Indian Citizen. Still when you get a medical request you can do it in UAE and should ask the DMP to send it to New Delhi. Also you can go to India and submit passport from there when PPR received. Mostly interview will not be required if you have a clear history and application.

No. Interview could be scheduled in India.

If there is an interview for you it is during in the processing period. The VO will decide to go further only after interview. The time taken between interview and medical depends to visa office. If you go through the threads about New Delhi processing in this forum you will get an idea while comparing the cases or go to the trackitt site.
