Visa office in Rome Italy

Hello folks,
I have sent my federal application docs at the visa office in Rome since 09 December 2010 and they still have not given me an answer if they have received them or about the opening of the processing. Has anyone of u had such a delay. I have heard that the Rome visa office is very lazy.

Hi everyone,

I have a question about file transfer. I have applied FSW after june 26, 2010. Rome visa office received my file 29 may 2011. Still now there is no upgrade of my file. I am too much worried about this because my stay permit is finished in 15 march 2012. i have no way to renew it. What i do, is it possible to transfer my to Singapore VISA office at this moment.?

Fortunately, I got an email form Canadian Embassy in Warsaw as a request to send our passport . They asked me to pay landing fee jut by money order or bank draft in Canadian dollar.  they dont accept credit card. However, I am studying in Italy and as I asked my Italian bank they don't provide such a money order or bank draft. Is anyone know how can prepare that? is there any Canadian banks in Italy? please help me.

You wonder right. It took me too long to reach were I am now. Finally we(me and my family) sent our Passports and are waiting for them to come back with the Visa Stamped on them.
And you what stage are you in?
