Visa of Current Staying Country in Pending

Dear All,

I got an email from CIO on 13 October 2010 to submit the original documents to London Visa Office for further process of my application as Federal Skilled Worker  within 120 days.

I am Pakistani National, I came to UK for study in October 2007 and my Study is finishing on March 2012.

Recently My visa was expired on 31 December 2010 (Student Visa) ,  and I have applied for my Student Visa Extension , but I have not received any reply from home office , and I don't have the Copy of my New Extended Visa till March 2012, only the receipt of the visa Application plus the supporting Letter from My university that I am continuing student. The letter from Public Inquiry Office UK says that my application is Valid , and my status in country is valid and same as It was(as legal student until i get any final decision).

My important question is that , my 120 days deadline for submitting the documents to London Visa office for further case processing is approaching to finish(13 Jan 2011), all my documents are ready but I don't have the extended  Visa Copy ( which might be received after the deadline will finish).
I am concerned about to  confirm that If I send all my documents to London Visa Office for further processing of my Federal Skilled Worker Application, then will I be able to submit them the copy of my Extended Visa from UK home office later on. of If the Visa paper will be missing then can it affect on my overall application outcome.

Or will this absence of the Visa of Current residing Country (UK ) affect on my Case in front of Visa officer of Federal Skilled Worker?

write in cover letter that your uk visa is pending & you sxpect to recieve it on xxxxxxxxxxxxx
that will not affect ur application if u send it laterl, but u have to include ur old visa.

I appreciate your valuable suggestion.

Since I was thinkinng about the CIO statement saying "All the documents should be submitted in one attempt", so will it work if I will send them the new extended visa later on?

Is there any body else who might have faced the same situation, and this way would have helped in this situation?

there is no other choice,and most of the time VO asks for missing document so u may furnish it later on
