Visa Medical

Hi There,

I recently had my visa medical in which I was asked:
Are you taking any pills, MEDICATION or receiving any medical treatment?
that I answered yes because I am under mental health treatment, so they asked for further info from my GP. There was another question which was:
Have you ever been ADDICTED to alcohol or a drug, or taken drugs illegally?
that I answered no.
the problem is in my further info letters, which my GP is in hold of them and is supposed to send them to the medical center which i did the medical exam, it's mentioned that I have used hard drugs once but I haven't used it before or ever since and I used cannabis twice a month for some time.
how would that affect my application?
