The visa interview question regarding selling home country fixed assets for proof of fund will depend on evaluation of property as well. How would you evaluate your fixed property in Canadian Dollars? Who will decide the market value of home country property? If Candidate is supoosed to decide the market value of his house then they will over evaluate it.
