Congratulations Dr. Hasib.  Wonderful news! I am so pleased for you.
I also applied in Oct 2010 and got 1st response in Feb 2011.  My application was sent to Buffalo visa office.
I am not sure how long it will take now.  I have not heard any thing after that.

Is any body aware of time frame?
