Thanks to God the Almighty, I got my visa yesterday after 27 months from my initial application. I expected to get the visa in a year but it took almost three years.Be patient, do your bit of work and leave the rest to God and your time will come eventually.

I would like to thank everyone in this great forum for their great help, support and guidance at all times.

Finally I'd like to wish everyone all the best with their applications.

Can you share full information of your timeline and Visa office info.

Many Many thanks to you all.

My VO is London and here is my full timeline:

Initial application sent to CIO Nova Scotia (Recevied on 8th June 2009)
Application reviewed and a letter was sent to me (according to e-cas) on 22nd July 2009
File was transfered to London VO on 28th July 2009
Application processing by London VO started on 18th May 2010 (according to e-cas)
Updated documents requested twice, collectively involved the following documents (UK PCC, schedule 1 background decleration form, pasport biopage)
Medical Request+RFPRF was sent on 18th May 2011 (exactly one year after the processing was intialized by London VO)
Medicals done on 2nd June 2011 and received by London VO on 14th June 2011
PPR was sent (by email) on 25th July 2011
PP submitted (in person) on 25th August 2011
PP collected (in person) from London VO with a shinny Red Maple Leaf Visa on Thursday 8th September 2011
