how long it will take to process for parents if one get permanent residence ? I want to take my parents with me if i get visa. Now my status is 'application received,'. Do i need to do anything from now to take them with me. If it is not possible to take with me what should i need to do for that.

Check the cic website for processing times in their country of residence.  You need to meet the low income cutoff from Canadian sources before you can apply to sponsor your parents.  In this case, I'm not sure you can sponsor them right after you take residency in Canada unless you already have sufficient income generating in Canada and you had filed tax return for the previous year.

And be aware that it will likely take 5+ years to sponsor them after you become a PR.

Is it really take 5+ years to take them there... it is frustrating.....

Yes. And depending on where they are from, it could take more than 7 years.
