Visa for Filippino maid/nanny to immigrate to Canada with my family

I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.

We are Australian citizens & residents of United Arab Emirates.  We are migrating to Canada mid next year & would like to take our current nanny with us.  She is a Filippino national & also a resident of UAE.  She has been with us for 2 years in UAE & we don't want to have to leave without her.

We will be moving to Ontario & I have no idea if it is possible for us to take her with us & if so, how do I go about organising the necessary visa for her.

I have read many websites & am still no closer to an answer.  It seems she would need a letter form a Canadian Employer to be eligible for a work permit but obviously we won't be citizens so can't provide such a letter.
