Visa expiring soon......Please help......Indians applying in buffalo

Hi All,

My visa (F1- student visa) is expiring end of August 2011 and I am planning to apply to CIO next week with Buffalo as my VO office. However, my work authorization (EAD)has been extended to Feb 2013 which means I am living legally in USA even after visa expiry. Do you think this situation will cause any concern after I apply to CIO. By the time my case will be transferred to Buffalo VO, my visa would have been expired. I am submitting the I-94(arrival or departure record) and I-20 as required by the VO check list. Does anyone have any suggesstions or comments on this? Are there any other additional documents that I need to submit to the VO besides I-94, I-20, visa copies? If anyone has faced a similar situation, please input your valuable suggestions. All replies are much appreciated.
