You're explanation is not quite clear.
If you submitted an application without a LMO and it got rejected before the LMO came, then whatever you paid for is gone; dome with that application.
If you're sending a new application with out status (expired WP), you'd have to pay $200.00 for the restoration and $150.00 for the WP application (one application form, 2 check marks on services requested- restoration, WP).
My question
Evrything expired in my case
i applied my extension on 17 may 2011 without LMO they refused my case due to they need LMO
After that i applied my restoration case on 22 july 2011
when i get my LMO i send by fax to cic on behalf of my old application but after 15 days
When i confirmed from call centre they did not received anything from my side may be my restoration application .
Now i send again my application to cic with old fee is it ok or not ?
what i can do for my case
one appication is good i need to send two different application for my case
like restoration and visa extension application
How much total fee for my case
200+150 dollars or more
i need to pay again or its good
i post my application on 20 oct 2011 again
as per my friends what will be good for please suggest me
