Hello again, I got another question.

My wife applied for a visitor's visa twice and got denied.

When they ask

"been refused a temporary or permanent resident visa to Canada"

would that be yes? Or is visitor's visa different from temporary resident visa?

On the third time that she applied for a visa and got it, the lawyer told her to answer no and there seemed to be no problem.

She lied on the application, a visitor/work/study are all temporary residence visas.
