A close friend of mine was invited to attend a wedding of my brother in Canada, but her TRV was denied by reg 179

Insuffcient funds
Reason for travel/period of stay
Travel record
Family Bonds in Costa Rica

I had included with her application (I am a Canadian born citizen)
-Invitation letter
-Travel insurance package
-My own bank statements
-Passport copies
-Work letter indicating how long I have worked there and Salary

She included
-Bank statement
-Work letter stating how long she has worked there and salary
-Family photos
-Plane ticket with return flight paid for
-Wedding invitation
-Itinerary of what we would do when she visited Canada


What else could we possibly need or what did I screw up on that this would be rejected? We are tryinga second time from the wedding date but its very close at hand. Anything that could be added please I would love to know.
