Hi,

Canadian embassy in which country ? I would suggest to shoot an email to the visa office and ask them about the status. Sometimes they do hold the passports if the security check is still going on but 3 months is alot of time so send them an email.

Cheers

As per the letter from CHC and the standards followed, u hv the right to do correspondence with CHC and inquire about the reasons for delay beyond the limit as per letter

@ chadsky - i submitted my passport last august 18 then got DM last sept. 21. now im waiting for my passport. CEM timeline for visa stamping is 1 month and 1 week but still case to case basis. are you provincial nominee? did you check your status at ECAS?
