Visa Office......: CHC ISLAMABAD

After rejection some people give thier cases in the hands of a candian lawyers...........is that true way to got a visa......Huh?and what is the chances to got a visa by this way........Huh?
I heared its a cort case not CHC case if lawyer win the case then govt. order to the CHC to got the visa.......?

how the way to got a study permit.......Huh

If you are called for visa interview i dont think you would make it
