I jst got denied of a TRV, due to travel history, my question is this, is there any agent or firm in canada that can make an appeal on my behalf concerning my denial?

If you appeal, you have to appeal to the federal court. Given you're outside of Canada, you'll need a lawyer in Cnaada to take care of the appeal for you. It won't be cheap (expect to pay $3K to $5K). I've heard good things about David Cohen who is the lawyer to pays for the hosting of this forum.
