I wonder if anybody has heard if this company ''VIP Business Immigration'' ?
They say the Immigrant Investor does not have to pay any fees to VIP Business Immigration and its partners for the entire Business Immigration process as they are paid well by the banks and brokerage firms who they deal with to secure the investment that you have to make as a Business Immigrant. If this is true it seems like a good idea to use them instead of paying lawyers to do the same job.
Any advice ?

Hi

Do you believe in Santa Claus??

Actually it could be true since the Investor invests $400,000 for 5 years, and receives the $400K back without interest.  So even at 3% the "facilitator" makes $12K per year.  Or you can pay the facilitator $120K for the visa.  http://www.immigrantinvestor.com/program/golden-plan.en.html  which covers all costs.

Exactly they are basically selling the loan for a bank and this is how they make a profit.
So i guess you never heard of them then ??
P.S. I don't believe in fairy's either.

I don't see them on the list of facilitators http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/business/investors/facilitators.asp  but they are probably legit.
