Anything & everything should be 'after landing'.
1. Workopolis.com
2. Various HR Consultants [I've written a thread on it].
3. Newsprint Ads.
4. Targeted Employers' visitation.
5. Visit "Gross Employers' - for 'starter jobs' [eg. Walmart, Canadian Tire, FedEx, GAP, Tim Horton's etc.]
6. Networking.

Note:
a) The 'foreign' CA quals r not counted in Canada. To work as an Accountant here u'd need further 'Canadian' quals - eg. CGA [or CMA-US].
b) U shouldn't wait for an Accountant's job to come by - but, get-hold of any job [any field] imdtly.
