Hi there, anyone has a success story of obtaining a Vietnam Police Clearance? It seems almost impossible to get Vietnam's Police Clearance as a result of many steps that people have to go through. Could anyone please advise? Really appreciate it.

According to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada's website,

Vietnam

Do I need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence?
Yes.

How and where do I obtain one?

Local Requests
Applicants should apply in person for a Judicial Certificate (Phieu Ly Lich Tu Phap) at the Provincial Justice Department (So Tu Phap) where their permanent residence is registered.

Non-Resident Requests
Applicants should contact the nearest Vietnamese embassy for information.

Cam On chi/anh Tran! I am actually on my way to get it. It has to be done quick so I will have to go to Hanoi for it. I will update and inform you of the process and outcome.
