VIENNA VISA OFFICE GROUP !!!

I opened this discussion because it will help all of us who have problems with Vienna Visa Office immigration department.

I send few e-mails to them , but I still cant get refund form from them. Since I made wrong payment, so I want my money back, but they are not answering my e-mail. I received automatic confirmation e-mail when I sent my mail few weeks ago, but still there is no answer. When I call them, answering machine is the only one who answers.

Is there a unique refund form for everyone, or Vienna Visa Office is the only one who can help me with this.
