Well I sent them an email 2 or 3 weeks ago then another one 10 days ago, and I haven't received an answer yet, not even an automatic generated one...

Hi,
I'm new in this forum and just few minutes ago found this via internet search. could you please help me for my big problem. my case moved from Berlin to Vienna, I received pass request letter from Vienna office and I sent my yn my family passports and reciep on landing fee on Monday 30 july to embassy. but they not sent back to me yet!! As I have to leave Germany and my permission will be expired till Aug. 30, I sent 3 urgent email to embassy, but no answer! I'm really confused and spent thrible days, I don't now what can I do to give back the passports. do you or anybody else know how longh it take till they send back the passport? or any usuful guidence for my situation? please reply, many thanks

Hi,

It might take up to 3 weeks to get your passport back. Did you send your passport through registered mail? Can you track it to ensure that they received it? |

As far as I know, your passport will be sent back to the Canadian consulate in Germany. Once they receive your passport, you will be contcated to pick it up. Hope this helps... |

It took exactly 4 weeks for my GCMS notes to come in. I'm assuming Vienna has not yet responded to your status inquiry?

I really pray for you guys to start moving from point of stand still. Really hope that all the delay couz of closing Berlin office are gone, and they can start working on your cases, and hopefully after that on ours.
