Please don"t apply through S*EN immigration as I am victim of his consultancy. He is big cheater especially in AEO cases.

You do not need any immigration consultant.
all you have to do is go to the website cici.gc.ca and  download the instruction guide for the plan you want to use.

How much money u pay to him if ur pr is in process just wait othrerwise report to cic with full proof of payment one thing is for sure chances of getting money back are rare
