I was sent a 2nd medical test exam despite the fact that there was nothing wrong on my 1st med exam from London UK office. Has anyone is in the same situation as I am, I am a 2007 applicant. My 2nd  police clearance certificate will expire in jan 2012 and I know they will ask for another one and another medical, and another police clearance, a vicious circle? is it really worth it? I am a British citizen and I think I am better off here, i have no idea why i applied at the first place, now to withdraw my application, i dont think it will be all that easy to get my money back from these muppets !

To quit is entirely your decision.....but if your application is "In Process" status then you will not get any refund. If not, then CIC generally makes a refund in 6-8 weeks.

"Muppets"....hmmmmm......we find them everywhere dont we?

ya 'muppets' are everywhere!

I was wondering how long do I have to wait, I never get a straight forward answer from CIC, people who reads your e mails at canadian high commission are not the people with authority and do not make decision.  i dont mind to wait for another few years but its annoying to go for medical for every year and police clearance in every three months. we have a life to get on with!

Maybe the first medical expired!!

If that is the case, then I am afraid you have to do it again.
