very urgentttttttttttttttttttt my dd has not encashed after 2 months

    i had sent my application thru agent in south africa.
i sent my complete set of application with dd and ielts results on 4th feb 2011.

when i enquired in bank that they say the amount has not encashed still.

i doubt that the agent might not snt the application.

they again say that the application has sent on 4th feb.
what should i do now?

what should i do now? Ask for a proof in the form of courier company delivery note/advice. Or better still the tracking number of the parcel sent to CIC. That will let you know if has been delivered.

Dear Shijoal,

There are 2 possibilities on it.

(1) You application has not passed completness check . so its rejected.
(2) Second get the track number of your application from your consultant. In that way you come to know whether it reached to CIO or not  ?

Just make a email to CIC ,Canada with your case, mentioning full name, Country name, Noc code, Date of birth, date of application, CC no etc. You will find answer with in 3-4 days.

Calm down.
The number of ttt, ... and sss is not helping you.

Ask for proof of delivery and keep in mind that it is not uncommon for the payment not to go through even for 3 months.

just be patient ... mine took more than 4 monts and AOR 6 monts from CIO ...

you can also call CIO directly .. i dont remember the phone number but i had called them and CIO issued my AOR 1 month later ...
