very urgent.... plz your comments.. study permit

Hi everybody:

I want to re-apply for study permit after I was refused for the second time. In my previous application i submitted all the required documents and some of them are original. Unfortunately the Visa office in Cairo kept my documents in file and did not return them to me.

my study permit was refused on financial bases, and my case now has changed. the question...

Do i have to submit with the new application all the previous documents or just provide the documents to prove that i have financial adequacy and mention  my previous file no. as a reference.

As per the answer by Mugen 1990 you have to resubmit everything.  I think that if your application has been refused twice for lack of funds, I think that you will real difficulty getting a study permit, CHC is really going to question where the money came from.
