Hi guys!
I sent my full docs to london vo recently however I sent only IMM 0008 (schedule 1 background declaration) page 4 with original signature and latest date
I did not send IMM 5406 (additional family information) form with original signature and date. I only sent photocopies of this form which I sent to CIO before.
Can you guys advise me is that ok what I did OR do I need to send again IMM 5406 form with original signature and date. If yes should I also send a covering letter explaining this mistake.
Can somebody also share a experience that they only sent IMM 0008 form with original signature and their documents were accpeted and received 2nd AOR.
Please advise.

Hi carbonpaper,
I don't think it will be issue as additional family members in CIC database will not be change.
Lets seniors give the advise on same.

With the 120 days submission u r required to submit photocopies of the forms only (those which were originally sent to the CIO). If there were any changes required over those forms, then a fresh one is required, but stapled to the older one, alongwith a cover letter explaining the issue. Thus, your package should be OK. hi sir, but what about the signatures, are original signatures not required as they say in guide lines that original signatures are required and not photocopied signatures. thx |

some seniors like saki have suggested that we had to send the forms with original signatures and our application might be returned because of that. i am planning to send new additional family information with cover letter
