Very Urgent , Need help

Dear Senior ,
Plz suggest me what to do ?

I had sent DD of  CAD 1,100  Application fee, for me and my spouse to NS at the time of initial application.In the middle of process we gain a baby on Aug. 2010. I sent required all doc. of baby and DD of CAD 150 ( Indian Rs. 6,660 ) as processing fee.  I noticed through CAIPS  last week that DD I sent to ND vo for my baby was insufficient and VO returned  it to me. But I have not received it yet . Today I got a letter from VO stating to submit following ..

1. Processing Fee for your accompanying spouse/ common law partner, and dependent  children for your child.

VO also stated  the req. amount for spouse is CAD 550( Indian  Rs.24,060) and for baby is CAD 150 (India Rs. 6,560)

VO provided 30 days deadline on which 12 days are already elapsed . Now what should I do ?? Sold Follow their instruction or make an inquiry for the amount that  I already paid. I have copies of both drafts worth of CAD 1,100. and Indian Rs. 6,660

Medical already completed. I m waiting for PPT back with visa stamped.

See i think it is beast to send what they have asked now (Fee for your baby) so that it won't delay your processing and at the same time send a letter to VO with supporting documents that you have already sent DD for your baby on so and so date from so and so bank attach photo copies of the proof. He might look into that and send it to your address.

You can also go to the bank where you took that DD, just ask them whether that DD has been en cashed or not? if/if not you can tell that to the VO. If en chased please ask for the date on which it was en cashed.

You have only 20 days so respond as soon as possible.

Today sent DD to VO for my daughter  only and wrote a cover letter mentioning   the DD encased date and Receipt No. for my spouse. Also enclosed the copies of Payment Receipt sent  by CIC. Even though I had already paid the processing fee for me n my spouse at the time of initial application, VO last week asked to submit processing fee for my spouse n daughter. senior, will it work, for my spouse? plz  any idea...
