My sister applied on NOC  1111  and yesterday  suddenly the status  changed to Decision made. She submitted the docs  on time to London offce as per bellow but she didnt get the 2nd file no.

Can any body suggest , what exactly happen.



We received your application for permanent residence on April 15, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 30, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I tell you what, drop an email and ask them about it. ECas system is experiencing problems now a days as moving system from CAIPS to new one. For your peace of mind, drop an email. Most likely, it's ECas system error.

I might be wrong, and hope so. Let's hope it is an e-cas error.

If its not, then it looks like your sister's case has been rejected. Decision made before medicals generally means rejection.

Pl don't arrive at negative thought as I think it might be due to E cas bug... usually decision made is unlikely before the status upgraded to RBVO... it seems your sister's file also not mentioned to have transferred to the relevant CHC after CIC eligibility review completed... Better wait for few weeks then you can send  a case specific inquiry to get clarified...I am afraid many CHC has been encountering this kind of query mails at its high recently!!!

My sister sent an enquiry to CHC London for the reason   3 days back and today  LONDON  CHC  replied that,, file is either in the stage of IN Process or Pending review.

My sister became relax now.

Thnx  every 1 for the sugession.

I hope  mamy people are facing  the same issue.
