I realize this relates to the pre-26/6 era, but there are still some good nuggets to be found.  Haven't had time to read it all, but thought the refresher about CIO review of FSW1 was good.  Thx for giving us the link.  I'll flip through some more after dinner.

So, what is really "VERY GOOD" about that? What particular information does this bulletin contains? I mean - what can make us feel positive regarding this information?
